Prices below are indicative only. Following an intial consultation to understand the needs of your business a proposal will be submitted with bespoke costs attached.
Standard package
Our standard package covers a robust analysis of your business and customers, with profiles created accordingly. An initial playlist is created of 500 tailored tracks, delivered in the format most suitable for the business.
Elements and deliverables:

2x 30 minute interviews with key stakholders in the business

1x 30 minute interview with key customer as suggested by the business

2 customer profiles created (representative of the business' customer base)

Tailored playlist is delivered of 500 tracks
Cost: £350
Playlist focus
A similar approach to our standard package, but with less emphasis on customer profiling and deliverables, and more of a focus on delivery of a tailored playlist.
Elements and deliverables:

1x 1 hour interview with key stakeholder/s in the business

1 customer profile created (representative of the business' customer base)

Tailored playlist is delivered of 500 tracks
Cost: £220
On-going delivery
Normally recommended two to three months after the delivery of 'Standard package' or 'Playlsit focus', a regular update to playlists can be provided. Refreshes to customer profiles are arranged on an ad hoc basis.
